Program Benefits
> A dedicated, seasoned account executive assigned to your Bank visits your merchants in person to properly identify the processing and equipment needs. The account executive will then complete all the necessary applications for submission.
> We provide all marketing material needed to promote the merchant program. These include, but are not limited to; tri-fold brochures co-branded with your logo, a direct mailing campaign, statement stuffers, and in Bank promotional signage.
> Processing Solutions will sponsor breakfast or lunch at your business appreciation days within the branch. Your dedicated account executive will attend these sponsored events to provide free rate reviews for merchants processing with a competitor.
> Approved merchants are installed, downloaded, and trained in person by our field service technicians to ensure merchants understand how to use equipment.
> Merchants are contacted after 30 days of installation in order to identify any additional merchant needs or concerns.
> Follow up service is performed locally in our Atlanta office from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend support is provided by processor.
> The Bank assumes NO financial liability for any approved merchant.
> Residuals paid to the Bank are based on a revenue share, not a static buy rate. Residuals are paid each month for as long as the merchant remains part of the portfolio.
